Booking Period:

​

You can book courts on the booking engine from 9am-7.30pm.( latest booking session allowing play until  8.30pm)

However, access to the courts is subject to the main car park gates being opened for access to the site. The Site Manager reserves the right to open up late or close early or to stay closed at short notice. Should you turn up and not be able to enter the site, then you cannot play. We will endeavour to keep you informed in advance as much as possible but we cannot guarantee to do so.

Visitor Fees and Policy :

​

Senior member can bring a visitor as many times as they wish for the £5 fee, however a member can only bring 1 visitor at a time i.e. a member cannot bring 2 or more guests at same time.

​

Associare parent membership allows a parent to book courts and to play with junior member. A junior member can bring 1 junior visitor for the fee of £2 as many times as they want. However , parent associate membership does not allow the junior to bring another adult visitor or more than 1 junior visitor at a time.

Arrival:

Access will be via the side gate and through indoor tennis club room.

​

Departure:

The last person to leave the courts MUST lock the court gate padlock & the side gate padlock.

Should anybody find the Side Gate open on arrival, you MUST report immediately to Paul, Tim or Nigel by WhatsApp.

This is a MAJOR SECURITY concern so everyone must be vigilant. Should the last player/players leave the site without locking up, they face a club ban.

Social Nights:

The cost  for these   club sessions  with new balls and lights ( £2  per session) all year round.
